Prem Creations, along with focusing on studies, focuses on the mental and physical well being of our children. As an attempt to encourage healthy living, Saturdays are designated to focus particularly on enjoyment wherein several activities take place throughout the course of the day. Saturday’s curriculum is filled with educational activities, yoga, aerobics, meditation, communication activities, breathing exercises, dance and music.
